Though the book has all the certain therapies that I have refined to relieve and heal back pain, and to help maintain your overall health and mobility, the PRIMARY OBJECTIVE of this book is to develop the funds needed to patent and build the NEW GENERATION INVERSION TABLE...it is a game changer! What makes a specific therapy successful is an experienced, refined, guided method of use. From over 4 decades of mostly heavy physical labor, and in 1998 the "re-designing" of a standard inversion table that I have used over two thousand times to relieve and heal mild to severe back conditions, I am confident I have now developed the "method and tool" to help bring relief and healing of back conditions for those in need. Nothing happens without an effort. If you put in the effort and follow the guidelines, I believe you will experience back pain relief, as I have many, many times, throughout the decades, in a physically demanding line of work.
